This is the place for outstanding undeveloped land parcels along our famous Mendocino Coast.

I feel qualified to use the "Land Man" title because of my many years of experience dealing with land. I have had a Professional Land Surveyors License since 1973. Prior to becoming a realtor I was employed with Mendocino County where I was Deputy County Surveyor and head of the Land Improvement Division. I oversaw planning matters, rezoning, use permits, access problems, parcel and subdivision surveys, septics, wells, and environmental issues.

In 1984 my wife, Jackie, and I opened Mendo Realty in Fort Bragg. We sold our office to Charlie Reed, Real Estate Broker, in 1992. We now work as independent agents for Mendo Realty devoting our entire time to vacant land parcels. As a native to the Mendocino Coast my tenure and experience is the reason for our being the number one agent in land listings and sales since 1992.

My hobbies center around sports. I coached all levels of baseball through high school for 27 years. We donate to many worthy youth groups. When not selling land or coaching we enjoy time off at our family ranch or any nearby lake where we can catch an occasional trout while camping.
