The Mendocino Coast is certainly an area of natural beauty that can't be overlooked, but as a resident of the area for the past twenty years it's the quality of life here that is most important to me. Whether one wants to enjoy a local theatrical production/opera, one of the many festivals, fine dining, outdoor adventures, or just feels like relaxing at one of the many scenic parks or beaches, there is something on the coast for everyone.

I graduated from Mendocino High School in 1981 and received my Bachelor of Arts in Management from Sonoma State University in 1985 with an emphasis on marketing. It is my college background and managing the Hill House Inn in Mendocino for ten years that allowed me the easy transition to Real Estate, because communication and the ability to relate to people and their needs are the keys to success in any service-related industry.

Many changes have occurred in the Real Estate business since I became licensed in early 1996. As a full-time Realtor I believe it's very important to dedicate yourself to not only maintain an up-to-date understanding of the business but be prepared to meet the challenges ahead which will benefit your clients and their investments.

I served as the President of our local Association of Realtors in the year 2000. Following that year I was on the Board of Directors for 2001 and 2002.

I live in the town of Comptche, a nice rural community just inland from Mendocino Village, and served 12 years on the Comptche Volunteer Fire Department.

Upon receiving my Broker's license in April, 2006, I am now acting as the managing Broker for both our Mendocino and Fort Bragg offices.
